Kiosk mode
The tablet in the clubhouse
A tablet at the bar or by the courts becomes everyone's meeting point: booking, adding drinks and paying take just a few seconds. Kiosk mode only runs on devices the club has unlocked for it.
- Sign in with a PIN. Initials and a four-digit PIN are all it takes, no email or password.
- Pay with a QR code. The tablet shows a code and you pay on your own phone. No card is ever stored on the device.
- Automatic sign-out. After a short pause the tablet signs out by itself. The next person starts fresh and never sees anyone else's data.
- Guest access for visitors. Visiting teams and guests order without an account of their own and pay straight away by QR code.

The clubhouse bar under control
Whoever runs the bar no longer needs a till of their own or a tally sheet. Everything runs through the same app, on a phone or a computer.
- Products in minutes. Add drinks and food with a photo, price and allergens, and hide sold-out items with one click.
- Stock at a glance. Record deliveries, the stock counts down by itself, and you see in good time what will run out soon.
- Open tabs. See at a glance who had what, and simply tick off cash payments.
- Youth protection built in. Teenagers never even see beer and other age-restricted products.
